What you do as a leader will be duplicated by your followers (for good or not for good). Often followers will do in excess what a leader does in moderation. So, there are things a leaders don’t do because they could cause others to fall into excess or sin. Liberty is only freedom until it becomes a stumbling block.

Clear, honest, and open communication is a leader’s responsibility and cannot be avoided.

Leaders must take the time to count the costs (planning, time commitment, resources, budget, realistic launch and tasks completion) before beginning a project or launching something new.
